Bangkok (Sukhumvit) Baan JV is a local Thai-style sauna located in the courtyard, owned by the boss of R3.

Area: Sukhumvit

Baan JV is located in the On Nut area of Sukhumvit Road, the fourth sauna under R3’s boss, and it’s just one BTS station away from KRUBB Bangkok!

Baan JV is almost like a courtyard. Behind the cashier, there is a small loft. The rest of it is all ground-level construction. It’s an open ground for interaction with outdoor showers and hot tubs. There’s a pretty nice garden and garden corridor – overall, it’s an open ground for interaction.

Previously, “the first floor of the loft had a bathroom and a spacious room with only a combination sofa and a small compartment aside. The second floor has several small compartments with tables like computer desks and chairs inside.”

Now the first floor of the loft has been changed to cruising area, while the second-floor compartments have been turned into dark rooms with mattresses. To be honest, without cruising areas or dark rooms as before, only some small compartments with tables and chairs inside are really unattractive; you feel like you can’t have fun once you go in.

From time to time, R3’s boss will lead his team to hold parties at Baan JV. Baan JV rarely holds parties;; they are usually held by R3 and Maina. If Baan JV hosts party events, it is highly recommended to check them out because its courtyard layout makes it an excellent venue for hosting parties!

Review: It has a nice little garden and garden corridor serving local Thai cuisine mainly attracting middle-aged people.

It’s not recommended to go on regular days but if you enjoy exploring new things or seeking novelty experiences then weekends are recommended. If there are party events happening there then it’s highly suggested to go.
